Let me open this by saying this may not be everyone’s cup of tea. Photos of doors, gates etc may not inspire you much, but sometimes helps me to kick start a day of shooting. We’ve all been there, walking around aimlessly looking for an interesting subject or scene and end up with nowt. Hence, this is why doors came into the equation, or gates, owt that looks like it opens. It’s got to look a little bit different, not your common a garden plastic door nowadays. Originality and rustic are my favourites. Even some new stuff looks rather good, particularly wooden driveway gates, these can be quite impressive. Well, it’s something to shoot while looking lost wandering the streets. I’ll close it here.
